嘉兴市“十一五”环境保护成效分析与启示

Analysis and Apocalypse of Environmental Protection Effect during 11 Five-year in Jiaxing City

综合分析了嘉兴市"十一五"环境保护工作的主要成效,纵向对比了4年来嘉兴市水、大气环境质量变化状况,横向比较了不同县(市、区)的环境质量现状,得出2009年环境监测数据,表明:嘉兴市环境质量稳中趋好,水体环境总体较差但好转趋势明显,劣Ⅴ类水质降至40.6%,全市大气优良率达91.2%,酸雨污染状况形势严峻,全市平均pH等于4.38,酸雨率高达96.5%。认为嘉兴市"十二五"环境保护工作应该加强氨氮和总磷的控制,继续做好主要污染物的减排工作,严格控制农村面源污染,落实流域、区域污染防治与控制措施。

Effect of environmental protection in Jiaxing city during 11 - five - year was analyzed systemically. On the other hand, landscape sample and portrait sample of environmental quality assessment were done in the last four years and in different city and town. Quality of environment in Jiaxing city, especially quality of water was getting better, although it is still polluted seriously. Environmental monitoring data showed that part of water worse than grade V reaches 40.6% , rate of excellent atmosphere reaches 91.2% , average pH reaches 4.38, rate of acid rain reaches 96. 5%. Finally, several apocalypses were given to environmental protection work during 12 -five -year, i.e. control gross of nitrogen and phosphorus to improve quality of water, reduce emission of major pollutants, control widespread agricultural pollution, survey and control region and drainage area pollution.
