烹任教育的核心是烹饪技能教学,只有运用现代意识去审视烹饪技能教育的历史与现状,分析烹饪技能的构成因素,才能恰当地提出烹饪技能教育改革的思路.
The core of cuisine education is the teaching of cooking skills. Only do we use the modern idea to examine the history and present situation of cooking skills teaching and analyse the elements of cooking skill formation, we can put forward properly a train of thought about the reformation of cooking skill education.
