根据国内对电子政务绩效进行评价的标准,提出定量的评价方法,并应用模糊综合评判方法对临安市电子政务绩效进行评价.最终判断临安市电子政务的建设属于发展阶段,证实了临安市电子政务的发展还需要政府有关部门加强人力物力的投入.

We evaluated the e-administration performance of Lin＇an City in accordance with the national standard by combining quantitative evaluation with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. We concluded that the e-government of Lin＇an was at a developing stage, holding that the development of local e-government requires more investment of manpower and material resources.
