水介质中合成2-咪唑啉磺酸

摘要 以水作为反应介质,用双氧水逐步氧化乙烯硫脲制备2-咪唑啉磺酸。研究了初始水量、pH、反应温度和反应时间对2-咪唑啉磺酸合成的影响,优化了反应条件,产品经熔点测定以及核磁共振分析,确认为2-咪唑啉磺酸。 2-Imidazolin-2-yl Sulfonate was synthesized from ethylenethiourea by a two-step oxidation with hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous medium. Different reaction conditions, such as reactant concentration, pH, reaction temperature and reaction time, were studied and optimized. The structure was confirmed by melting analysis and 1 H-NMR.
