摘要
针对江苏省某硅科技有限公司企业排放的单、多晶硅生产废水的特点,采用分质排放,单独预处理,其中含氟废水采用调节pH、化学反应沉淀后再混凝反应沉淀,清洗包装、压滤废水采用混凝反应预处理后两股废水混合,再采用UASB—生物接触氧化工艺进行处理。工程实践表明,出水达到《综合污水排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中的指标。该工艺处理效果优良,系统运行稳定,耐冲击负荷,运行费用较低。
This engineering design aimed to dispose of the waste water discharged by a silicon technology company in Wuxi. It employed the craft of waste water disposal by different substance and individual pre-disposing sewage. The fluoride-containing waste water, whose pH value had been adjusted, was precipitated by coagulation reaction after chemical precipitation, and was mixed with another branch of water produced by package clearing and pre-disposing of coagula- tion during filter pressing. We disposed of this mixture by UASB-Biological Contact Oxidation. Experiments of this design suggested that the quality of the finally disposed wastewater met the standard in the Synthetic Standard of Discharged Waste Water (GB 8978-1996). This engineering design works efficiently and is shock-load proof with a low cost.
