中大功率单相功率因数校正器的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 采用有源功率因数校正技术(active power factor correction,APFC)设计并实现了一款高功率因数、高效率、低谐波、低噪声的"绿色"功率因数校正装置。1700 W样机实验结果表明:所设计的功率因数校正装置能在165~275 V AC宽电压范围内,得到稳定的直流电压输出;输入交流电流能很好的跟踪输入交流电压,功率因数达到0.996,效率达到96.8%;具有输入欠压、输入过压、输出过压、输出过流等保护功能;工作可靠,成本较低,适用于中大功率应用场合。 A green PFC converter employing APFC technique is proposed,with high power factor,high efficiency,and low noise.Experimental results of the designed 1700 W APFC converter prototype show that the input current tracks the input voltage well with input between 165 V AC to 275 V AC,the power factor achieves 0.996,the efficiency is 96.8%,the output voltage is stabilized.The PFC converter is reliable,cost-saving.It is fit for use in high-power switch mode power supply.
