摘要
供应商管理库存模式在电子、汽车等竞争行业已经有了广泛的应用,但在军工企业中的研究和应用较少。以军工企业为研究对象,对军工企业实施VMI管理模式进行了深入的探讨,对军工企业实施VMI有一定的现实意义。
Vendor managed inventory（VMI）has been applied widely in some dicgrete manufacturing industries such as auto industry,electronia industry,etc.But VMI is seldom applied and researched in military enterprise.This paper takes military enterprise for object to discuss hou to perform VMI.Furthermore,a scheme of VMI is presented in this paper,and we hope it is helpful more military enterprises.
