果糖注射液对2型糖尿病患者血糖、胰岛素和血尿酸的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨果糖注射液对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖、胰岛素和血尿酸的影响。方法将63例T2DM患者随机分为果糖注射液组(32例)和生理盐水组(31例),每日分别给予500ml5%果糖注射液(果糖注射液组)以及500ml生理盐水(生理盐水组),3h输入。于每次输液第0、1.5、3h测定血糖和胰岛素浓度并计算其平均值;测0h和3h血尿酸浓度并计算其平均值。结果2组输液过程中各输液时点的血糖均值[2组0h为(8.3±2.1)与(8.5±2.7)mmol/L、1.5h(8.4±2.2)与(8.1±2.6)mmol/L、3h(7.9±2.2)与(7.6±2.6)mmo]/L]、胰岛素[2组0h(12.8±5.1)与(12.4±7.1)mU/L、1.5h(13.4±5.2)与(11.5±5.3)mU/L、3h(13.7±5.1)与(10.5±6.2)mU/L]以及血尿酸[2组输液前为(203±73)与(190±58)μmol/L、输液后为(242±79)与(219±63)μmol/L]的差异均无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。结论与生理盐水比较,果糖注射液对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血尿酸及胰岛素水平均无明显影响。
