关于在促进就业工作中进一步发挥工会作用的调研报告

On the Investigative Report about Playing the Role of the Trade Union in the Process of Getting a Career

本市各级工会组织在主动配合市政府开展的就业工作中,发挥积极作用,取得了显著成效,并探索和积累了建立促进就业工作体系、开展就业援助活动、发展工会再就业服务联社及实行就业培训、创建品牌公司等有效新方法。但同时也存在就业信息资源偏少、工作力度不平衡、工作招法缺少新意之不足。今后应通过建立多部门就业联系会议制度、建立工会系统人力资源与用工信息平台及不断创新工作方法等手段,来进一步彰显工会组织在此项工作中的大作为。

The all levels of the trade unions play the positive roles in the process of promoting the jobs and achieve the distinct effect. In the meanwhile, it accumulates experiences about building the system of finding jobs, promoting the assisting activities of finding jobs, developing the training for job seekers, branding the company. In the future, we should build more systems for finding a career through all kinds of organs and build a system of human resource in the trade union and a platform for employees＇information in the way of innovative to reflect the function of the trade union.
