谈谈社会工作人才队伍的建设

A Brief Discussion on Elite Team Construction and Social Work

社会工作,是现代文明必不可缺少的"润滑剂"和"安全阀",它在预防和解决社会问题、维护社会和谐稳定方面,具有重要战略意义。但当前我国的社会工作人才队伍建设,却存在着社会环境不成熟、人才数量供不应求、专业化能力水平不高、激励机制尚不健全等问题。今后应着重在加强宣传力度、发挥培训作用、重视岗位开发、强化专业研究、施以必要激励等方面,为社会工作人才队伍建设开辟出有效途径。

The social work is actually necessary modern lubricant and safety valve that help us solve the social problems and safeguard the social harmony. However, there are some problems existed in construction of social working elite team, such as being unfamiliar with society, lack of team quantity, lower professional level, an imperfect stimulating system. In the future, we should focus on the work in following aspects, enhancing the publicity, improving the function of training, exploring the new job, enhancing the specialized research, perfec- ting the stimulating system and so on to open a path to construct an outstanding social working elite team.
