摘要
本文论述了利用超滤进行山楂果汁加工的原理、工艺流程及加工工艺条件，并根据其生产力进行设备──超滤膜的设计。
This paper is about compartive research of clarity of hawthorn juice with the membrane superfilter and design the equipment.
