公共安全应急平台中空间数据组织方法研究

Study on Spatial Data Organization Method in Public Security Emergency Platform

以公共安全应急平台为背景,研究如何将空间数据组织并转换到应急平台中。分析了AutoCAD到ArcGIS数据转换现存在的问题以及转换的一般方法,提出了在公共安全应急平台中从AutoCAD到ArcGIS数据转换的两种方法,通过实例证明:间接转换法效果优于直接转换法。

Based on the background of the public safety emergency platform, this paper researches the way to convert and organize the spatial data to the emergeney platform. The platform in the paper is based on ArcGIS as the development environment, as almost 90% above spatial data coming from AutoCAD in all data sources, this paper focuses on the Auto-CAD to ArcGIS data conversion for research. The paper analyzes the present problems in the data conversion from AutoCAD to ArcGIS, and the general converting method as well, and it proposes two methods of data conversion from AutoCAD to ArcGIS in the public safety emergency platform. It proofs that indirect conversion is better than the direct one in an instance.
