The Construction of Innovation System in Underdeveloped Areas

鉴于区域经济社会发展的差异与非均衡,不同地区的区域发展创新体系构建有着自己的特殊性。在中国西部的欠发达地区,存在着区域创新产出低、企业创新主体地位弱化、创新体系要素互动性不够等区域创新发展及体系上的诸多瓶颈与制约因素。基于对比分析视角,从创新主体、创新制度、创新技术、产业集群、知识吸收等方面提出欠发达区域创新体系的构建路径。

The development and innovation system＇s construction in different areas has its own distinctiveness,because of the diversity and unevenness of economic and social development between different areas.In the western underdeveloped region in China,there are many bottlenecks and restraints in the development and innovation system,such as the low output of regional innovation,the weakening of enterprises＇ subject status,the less interaction between different parts of the innovation system and so on.We can construct the innovation system in the underdeveloped area,in the perspective of contrastive analysis in the aspects including innovation subject,innovation institution,innovation technology,industrial cluster,knowledge assimilation.
