摘要
中小型企业业务组件化的研究,对推动中小企业参与专业化时代的竞争,适应中小企业市场敏捷的应变能力具有十分重要的意义。本文通过分析企业业务流程,确定其资源主要流向,架构起企业全新的运转体系,从而增加企业竞争优势,使其脱颖而出,与众不同。
The study of the business components in small-and-medium-sized enterprises is of vital significance in driving small-and-medium-sized enterprises to participate in competition and in improving their quick strain capacity of getting adapted to the market.Through an analysis of business process,this paper discusses how to allocate the resources and establishes a brand-new enterprise running system so as to strengthen competitive advantage to be outstanding and unique.
