采用对比法,探明了影响油酸生色的主要因素有温度、 O2 的氧化及 Fe3+ 对氧化的催化作用,解决了用碱炼棉油油脚制取液体脂肪酸颜色过重的问题。
The article makes it clear by means of contract that the main factors influencing oleic acid producing colour are temperature,Oxidation of oxygen and calalysis of iron ion to oxidation;Solving the problem of darker colour in the course of making liquid fatty acid by refining cottonseed oil leftovers with alkali.
