College Master Instructor's Role Cognition and Countermeasures

高校辅导员队伍呈现出高学历、年轻化与专业背景单一的趋势。随着越来越多的硕士研究生进入辅导员队伍,硕士辅导员的角色认知显示出诸多问题。一方面,硕士辅导员职业满意度低,失落感强;另一方面,社会多层次的他者认知使得硕士辅导员心理落差加大。为此,需要从完善考核机制,准确定位职业角色;制定职业规划,明确未来发展路径;拓广知识储备,加强专业知识培训;强化学术研究,提高专业科研能力等四个方面解决硕士辅导员在自我认知和他者认知的角色障碍问题。

College instructor team presents highly educated,young and single professional background trend.More and more masters join into the political instructor team,and master-instructor＇s role cognition shows many problems.On one hand,the master-instructor＇s job satisfaction is low;on the other hand,the multi-level social cognition makes their psychological gap great.To increase the role cognition,we should improve the evaluation mechanism,formulate the career,extension knowledge,and strengthen academic research.
