Three Combinations and Whole Advancement——A Practical Exploration of the Leading Wild Goose Project Mode in Cixi

义务教育均衡发展是我国教育发展的重要战略。现今基础教育的发展方式正由扩大规模转向全面提高教育质量,实现这一转变方式的重要途径和条件是全面提高教师队伍整体素质,进而全面提高教育质量,促进教育均衡发展。实施领雁工程是加强农村学校骨干教师队伍建设的一项重要举措。实施领雁工程应与名师工程有机结合,与发挥骨干教师的引领示范作用有机结合,与系统师训工程有机结合,以推进和带动教师整体素质提高。

Balanced development of compulsory education is the country＇s strategy.At present,basic education is changing from increasing scale into improving quality,and to promote the quality of teaching staff is an important means and condition,which leads education quality to be improved and balanced education possibly realized.Implementing the Leading Wild Goose Project is a good measure to enhance the countryside backbone teachers.The Project can be integrated with the Famous-teacher Project,combining with playing the backbone teachers＇ leading role and connecting with systematic teachers＇ training program to promote the whole advancement of quality.
