泛长三角区域协调机制研究的内涵与思路

A Study of the Coordinating Mechanism of Pan Yangtze-river Delta Economic Belt

基于科学发展观视角下区域协调发展的评价体系,结合安徽参与泛长三角区域分工合作的特点,从对泛长三角区域协调发展状态的实证研究入手,深入地探讨泛长三角区域经济关系的协调发展及利益调节机制、区域产业协调发展及保障机制、区域空间结构的协调发展及互动机制、经济与资源环境的协调发展及生态补偿机制、经济发展与人口流动的动态协调及流动机制、泛长三角与区域外部关系的协调发展及合作机制等问题,是十分必要和迫切的。

Based on the assessing system for regional coordinating development under the circmstances of scientific development, beginning with the study of Anhui＇s characteristics in the regional coordinating development, the article discusses such issues as the mechanisms of its economic relationship coordina- tion and interest moderation, industrial coordinating development and security, spatial coordinating development and interaction, economic ＆ environmental coordinating development and ecological compensation, dynamic coordination between economic development and population flow, coordinating development and cooperation with the other regions ,which are not only necessary but urgent as well.
