摘要
利用正交实验探讨了水蒸汽蒸馏及溶剂萃取两种方法提取大蒜油的生产工艺 ,并对两种大蒜油产品进行了比较分析。
In this paper,the extracting conditions of garlic oil with steam distillation and solvent extraction were investigated by using the orthogonal design.And the two kinds of garlic oil were compared and analysed.
