析《现代汉语词典》法律语词的缺失

Analysis of Deficiency of Legal Words and Phrases in The Dictionary of Modern Chinese

法律语词是《现代汉语词典》中的很小一部分,但具有系统性。第五版《现代汉语词典》中的法律词语主要有四类:纯粹性法律词语、交叉学科性质的法律语词、法律相关词语和表现为一种当代的语用性质的法律语词。与《法学辞典》相比,第五版《现代汉语词典》在词目收录、释义及词目结构上均有所不同,在词性标注和释义上也存在若干不足。

The legal words and phrases have the distinctive features of system though it＇s only a minor part in The Dictionary of Modern Chinese（5th edition）,of which the legal words and phrases are classified in four categories：standard law terms;the terms of interdisciplinary science;law-related words and phrases and law terms with the characteristics of contemporary pragmatics.Compared with the Law Dictionary,there exists some differences on collections of entries,explanations and entry structures,besides,some deficiencies can be found on the marking and explaining of part of speech.
