伦理学视域下的大学师生关系重构

Reconstruction of the relationship between university teachers and students in ethical perspective

师生关系是一种基本的人际关系,在教育活动中起着重要作用。文章基于传统师生关系,针对当今我国大学师生关系疏远和冷漠、实用和功利、对立和冲突的现状,分析其产生的原因,如社会结构的变化,大学经营模式的变化,师生关系冲突的个体因素等。据此,提出了重建当代大学师生关系的有效策略。

The relationship between teachers and students is a basic interpersonal relation,which plays an important role in education.Based on the traditional relationship,this paper tries to find out the reasons of the problems nowadays.According to the present state of the alienation and indifference,practical and utilitarian,confrontation and conflict in the relationship between university teachers and students in our country,this paper analyzes reasons of the phenomena,such as social changes,changes in University＇s running model,individual factor in the conflict and so on.On these grounds,this paper proposes some effective advices to reconstruct the relationship between University teachers and students.
