In the era of knowledge economy and the time of international talent fierce competition,college students＇ practical capability is regarded as their essential capability,and its cultivation has become an important content that couldn＇t be ignored in higher education.Conforming to the times,we should explore intelligence in the class,extend the depth of course experiment,strongly promote campus culture,train the capability in the practice base,reserve the tension of humanities,and synthetically apply the social practices.Through these ＂multistep＂ methods,we can improve the weaknesses of students＇ practical capability,push forward the creation of social value,and achieve the students＇ employment smoothly.
