医学微生物学两种设计性实验教学模式的应用及效果比较 被引量:6

摘要 建立命题设计性实验教学模式和PBL设计性实验教学模式,并采用问卷调查和实验考核对两者的教学效果进行比较。PBL设计性实验教学班的思考理解能力、综合归纳能力等方面优于命题设计性实验教学班(P<0.05),PBL设计性实验教学班实验内容相关的笔试成绩高于命题设计性实验教学班(P<0.001)。PBL设计性实验教学能有效提高学生的综合分析能力并培养学生的科研能力。 To establish the specific propositions designed experiment teaching model and the PBL designed experimental teaching model.Using the questionnaires and the experiment skill test and the experiment content related written examination to compare their teaching effectiveness.The PBL group has significantly higher in the comprehension and the synthesizing ability than the specific propositions group(P〈0.05).The PBL group has significantly higher(mean scores 84.07±4.35) in the experiment content related written examination than the specific propositions group(mean scores 79.12±5.10)(P〈0.001).The PBL designed experiment teaching can improve the ability of comprehensive analysis of students and can better train students for the scientific research capabilities.
