摘要
以Bt棉R1、R2及常规品种鄂棉22、鄂抗棉3号为亲本配制了3个组合的F1、F2和测交后代,研究了各组合的抗虫性遗传。结果表明,R1与鄂棉22、R2与鄂抗棉3号分别存在一对显性基因差异,R1与R2的Bt抗虫基因不等位。外源Bt抗虫基因导入棉花后能稳定遗传,但插入位点是随机的。
Two Bt cotton lines R 1,R 2 and two cultivars Emian22,Ekangmian3 were used as parents to produce three combinations of F 1,F 2 and test crossing posterities.The inheritance of insect resistance of each combination was studied.The results showed that there was one pair of distinct different dominant genes between Emian22 and R 1,Ekangmian3 and R 2.The Bt insect resistance genes between R 1 and R 2 are not allele.The exogenous Bt gene in cotton can steadily inherit,but they were randomly inserted.
