Studies on the inheritance of insect resistance of Bt cotton

以Ｂｔ棉Ｒ１、Ｒ２及常规品种鄂棉２２、鄂抗棉３号为亲本配制了３个组合的Ｆ１、Ｆ２和测交后代，研究了各组合的抗虫性遗传。结果表明，Ｒ１与鄂棉２２、Ｒ２与鄂抗棉３号分别存在一对显性基因差异，Ｒ１与Ｒ２的Ｂｔ抗虫基因不等位。外源Ｂｔ抗虫基因导入棉花后能稳定遗传，但插入位点是随机的。

Two Bt cotton lines R 1,R 2 and two cultivars Emian22,Ekangmian3 were used as parents to produce three combinations of F 1,F 2 and test crossing posterities.The inheritance of insect resistance of each combination was studied.The results showed that there was one pair of distinct different dominant genes between Emian22 and R 1,Ekangmian3 and R 2.The Bt insect resistance genes between R 1 and R 2 are not allele.The exogenous Bt gene in cotton can steadily inherit,but they were randomly inserted.
