大别山天堂云雾茶的研制及其系列产品开发

摘要 论述了大别山天堂云雾茶的生态环境,对已定型的春笋、春蕊、春茗3个系列产品的原料要求,品质特征,制茶过程中的鲜叶摊青时间、温度、投叶量、手法等对品质的影响进行了研究,总结出天堂云雾茶的加工工艺和关键技术。 Tiantang mist tea of Dabie Mountain had been researched and manufactured for 3 years,finalized 3 series of products:Chunsun、Chunrui、Chunming.Tiantang mist tea possessed fine quality of famous tea through experts examining and consumers appraising.And it had been applied for 5 years.The output totalled 1500 t,and the output value was 50 million yuan in 1997.It has become backbone famous tea of Dabie mountainous region.In this paper,its ecology environment、material standard、machines equipments、quality character and processing technology,especially essential factors of key processing techniques have been related respectively.
