中、南沙渔业群众木质渔船制冷保鲜技术初探

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON REFRIGERATING PRESERVATION TECHNIQUES OF MASS WOODEN FLEET IN ZHONGSHA AND NANSHA ISLANDS

本试验将72吨位的群众木质渔船鱼舱改装成冷冻舱,安装制冷设备,赴中、南沙礁盘渔场从事定置刺网作业,对渔货中的硬骨鱼类进行冻结冷藏保鲜。历时47d海上试验结果表明,制冷设备运作正常,鱼货保鲜效果良好,经济效益明显。

In the experiment of this paper, the fish hold of mass wooden fishing fleet of 72 tons was reequiped into a freezing hold and fixed with refrigerating equipment. Then the fleet went to Jiaopan fishing ground of Zhongsha and Nansha islands to carry out set gillnet operation. The ostichthyes of the catch was freezed and coldly preserved. The testing result of 47 days on the fleet showed that the refrigerating equipment worked normally, the catch was preserved well, and the economic benefit was obvious.
