摘要
将大肠梭状芽胞杆菌接种于色氨酸磷酸液体培养基作厌氧培养，３６ｈ 后离心收集细菌，生理盐水稀释使菌体浓度达５×１０９ ＣＦＵ／ｍ ｌ，经甲醛溶液灭活后，与油佐剂乳化制成鸡溃疡性肠炎灭活苗。经检测证明，该疫苗安全、可靠，无毒副作用。
The oil emulsion inactivated vaccine aganist Ulcerative enteritis were prepared.The results of safety,immunity and field tests showed that the vaccine had good immunogenicity and could be used safely and conveniently.The protected rates of immuned chickens were 100% and the duration of immunity lasted for 6 months.
