微格技能在高校体育理论教学中的运用

摘要 微格教学是培训教学技能的一种方法。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实验法和数理统计法等多种方法对在体育理论教学中采用微格教学的可行性进行实验研究,通过2轮教学对比实验及学生反馈效果,证明在体育理论教学训练中运用微格教学模式明显优于传统的教学,加强了教师理论教学的能力,使课堂变得生动,有利于提高学生学习的积极性和主动性。因此在体育理论教学训练中运用微格教学模式是完全可行的,应引起高度的重视。 The micro-standard teaching is to train a method of teaching skills. This article through the literature material hair, questionnaire and interviews with experts, experimental method and mathematical statistics and other methods of teaching theory in sports feasibility of using the micro-standard teaching experiment research, through two wheels teaching contrast experiment and student feedback, proof in sports teaching theory, using the micro-standard teaching mode in training obviously superior to the traditional teaching, so in the sports teaching theory, using the micro-standard teaching mode in training is completely feasible, strengthening the teachers of theoretical teaching ability, make classroom becomes vivid, be helpful for improving the students' enthusiasm and initiative, what should cause the high value.
