微格技能在高校体育理论教学中的运用

微格教学是培训教学技能的一种方法。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实验法和数理统计法等多种方法对在体育理论教学中采用微格教学的可行性进行实验研究,通过2轮教学对比实验及学生反馈效果,证明在体育理论教学训练中运用微格教学模式明显优于传统的教学,加强了教师理论教学的能力,使课堂变得生动,有利于提高学生学习的积极性和主动性。因此在体育理论教学训练中运用微格教学模式是完全可行的,应引起高度的重视。
