多党合作在毕节试验区的实践成果及经验研究

The Achievement of Practice and Experience Research for Multiparty Cooperation in Bijie Experimental Region

毕节试验区是1988年6月经国务院批准建立的全国唯一以"开发扶贫、生态建设、人口控制"为主题的综合改革试验区。在中国共产党的领导下,中央统战部、各民主党派中央、全国工商联及试验区专家顾问组22年来合作共建,通过开展智力支持、协调争取和投入项目资金、进行引资推介等帮扶举措,促进了毕节试验区经济社会的发展,取得了显著成就,探索和积累了多党合作推进贫困地区经济社会实现科学发展与和谐发展的宝贵经验。

Bijie experimental region is the only one comprehensive experimental region with the theme of development for helping the poor, ecological construction and population control approved and established by the State Council in June of 1988. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee, democratic parties of the central committee, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the expert consultant of the experimental region have cooperated for 22years. By the helping acts of intelligence support, coordination and putting into project investment, bringing into funds and recommendation and so on, they have promoted the economical and social develop- ment of Bijie experimental region, obtaining the remarkable achievements, exploring and accumulating the valuable experience for promoting the realization of scientific development and harmony to economical society of the poor area.
