摘要
湖北光敏感核不育基因与兼性无融合生殖基因结合起来,可用于实现水稻杂种优势的固定,但必须满足如下条件:兼性的无融合生殖基因是简单且显性遗传的;无融合生殖的遗传是稳定的,遗传率达45%以上;杂种F1的父母本均为光敏感核不育系,而且不育基因完全等位,光敏感核不育基因受光照控制明显,保证在湖北地区9月上旬杂种的花粉完全正常可育,结实率达80%以上;杂种F1须具有强大的杂种优势。
Integration of Hubei Photoperiodsensitive Genic Malesterile gene and the rice facultative apomixis gene may be used for the fixation of the heterosis of hybrid rice.However,it must meet the following conditions:the gene of apomixis must be simple and dominate;the genetic rate of apomixis gene must be more than 45%;both parents of the apomixis hybrid rice must be photoperiodsensitive genic malesterile line and the photoperiodsensitive genes must be at the same loci;the photoperiodsensitive gene must be controlled by light strictly so that the pollens of the hybrid rice is complete fertile before the tenth of September in Hubei region;setting percentage is over 80%.Lastly,the hybrid rice F1 must have strong heterosis.
