摘要
从性成熟的猪睾丸中获得比有丝分裂中期明显要长的二价体,采用红、绿两种颜色的报告分子(Dig11dUTP和Bio16dUTP)来标记不同染色体DNA的特异目的序列,得到了标记信号。由此探索了一种在猪二价染色体上能同时检测两种不同目的序列的引物原位标记(PRINS)技术。讨论了影响双色PRINS技术的几个因素。
The research got longer bivalent chromosomes from adult male swins testicle.Using red Dig11dUTP and green Bio16dUTP to mark special aim order about different chromosomes DNA,obtained mark signal about the chromosomes DNA.The technology can test two different aim orders on swins bivalent chromosomes at same time.Meanwhile,we discussed several factors to influence PRINS technology quality.
