交通堵塞是每个汽车驾驶员的噩梦：通过后视镜，汽车驾驶员可以看到一辆卡车正在飞速靠近。它还能及时刹车吗？但是，这辆重达40吨的卡车却在一阵刺耳的刹车声后，将车子在一瞬间停住了。这是绝对惊心动魄的一幕。而这场紧急刹车没有酿成惨祸的最主要原因之一就是用于刹车机构中的小小工程塑料轴承。虽然这些工程塑料滑动轴承与传统的金属滑动轴承起到相同的效果，但是它们却具有重量更轻，价格更低的优势。
During the entire service-life of brake-mechanism,the most part of pressure is shouldered by sliding bearing of engineering plastic: they are including shake in high frequency,dirt,high temperature reached for 170℃,and pressure above 23.5kN and more than 2.8 million times of tests in repetition. When encountered running status in emergency such as this,these engineering plastic bearing at low cost cannot be helped but looked at with new eyes.
