摘要 乘用车钢制车轮制造主要包括四大工艺:轮辐工艺、轮辋工艺、总成焊接工艺及涂装工艺,轮辋电阻对焊工艺是轮辋生产中的重要工艺。轮辋电阻对焊工艺是将长方形轮辋板料,通过圈圆后对焊成环形,然后对环形材料进行滚压成型形成轮辋。轮辋电阻对焊开裂不仅使轮辋生产的质量成本提高,而且在装胎时易造成车轮慢漏气的质量缺陷,引起客户抱怨。因此,对轮辋电阻对焊开裂影响因素的研究具有非常重要的意义。 The manufacture of passenger vehicle steel wheels includes four main processes. They are disc manufacturing process, rim manufacturing process, assembling and welding process and coating process. Upset butt welding process is very important process in rim man- ufacturing. The rectangle sheets which are coiled are welding to ring sheets, and then ring sheets are roll-formed to rim. The cracking of rim upset butt welding not only improves the scrap rate, but also can cause tires air leak which is serious quality problem and makes customs complain. So the research of upset butt welding cracking will be a pressing task.
