温痹汤治疗类风湿关节炎(活动期)寒湿痹阻证的临床研究

目的:观察温痹汤合甲氨蝶呤、双氯芬酸钠对类风湿关节炎(活动期)寒湿痹阻证患者的临床疗效。方法:选择60例活动期类风湿关节炎(寒湿痹阻证)患者,采用随机对照分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予温痹汤合甲氨蝶呤、双氯芬酸钠,对照组给予甲氨蝶呤、双氯芬酸钠,均治疗8周,观察治疗前、治疗4周及8周后的临床症状、体征及中医证候积分的变化,并对CRP、ESR、RF等指标进行比较。结果:温痹汤能有效改善疾病疗效、中医证候疗效、主要症状、体征指标;能有效改善CRP、ESR、RF指标。结论:中西医结合以温痹汤合甲氨蝶呤、双氯芬酸钠来治疗类风湿关节炎(活动期)寒湿痹阻证患者可起到增加疗效,降低实验室指标,是一种有效的治疗方法。

Results： Warming-obstruction decoction was improved curative effects, TCM symptoms effects, main symptoms and physical signs efficiently; It also ameliorated CRP, ESR and RF, while reduced average application amount of hormone Bizu type has a good effect, is worth being clinically applied. obviously. Conclusion： Treating rheumatoid arthritis （active） Shire.Bizu type has a good effect, is worth being clinically applied.
