自拟滋肾活血祛斑汤治疗女性黄褐斑疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating female chloasma with Zishen Huoxue Quban decotion

目的:观察中药滋肾活血祛斑汤内服治疗女性黄褐斑的疗效。方法:选取女性黄褐斑患者40例,内服中药滋肾活血祛斑汤,每日2次。每4周为1疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗总有效率为82.5%,未发现明显不良反应。结论:中药滋肾活血祛斑汤内服治疗女性黄褐斑疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the curative effect on female chloasma with Zishen Huoxue Quban decoction. Methods： 40 cases of patients were treated in TCM ZiShen HuoXue QuBan decoction, twice a day, course of the treatment is 4 weeks, and the curative effect was observed after 3 courses. Result： The total effective rate was 82.5%, and the side effect is tiny. Conclusion： The curative effects on female chloasma with Zishen Huoxue Quban decoction were preferably.
