中医药防治2型糖尿病性骨质疏松的实验及临床研究

Experiment and clinical study on treating osteoporosis in type diabetes Ⅱ in TCM

目的:观察降糖补肾方对2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症(DO)患者骨密度(BMD)。方法:选择从实验研究和临床观察两方面来使用中药防治DOP。结果:糖尿病患者出现骨质疏松的发病率为50%左右。结论:补肾降糖方能有效治疗2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症,且与降低CRP有一定相关性。

Objective： To observe the effect of osteoporosis in type diabetics II （DO） on bone mineral density of patients （BMD）. Methods： Treating DOP in TCM from clinical observations and experimental study. Results： In diabetic patients, the incidence of osteoporosis was 50%. Conclusions： Bushen Jiangtang type can not only treating osteoporosis in type diabetes II, but also related to reduction of CRP.
