摘要
目的:观察穴位注射治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效。方法:用醋酸曲安奈德注射液,在印堂、迎香(双)穴注射,患者取仰卧位,穴位常规消毒后,每穴注射药物0.1～0.5ml。每周1次,3次为一疗程。并发哮喘患者加定喘穴(双)、天突穴注射醋酸曲安奈德注射液0.2～0.5ml。结果:一个疗程后,治愈40例,占33.9%;好转78例,占66.1%;总有效率为100%。结论:穴位注射治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效令人满意。
Objective： To observe the effect on treating allergic rhinitis with point injection. Method： Inject triamcinolone acetonide injection into yintang point and yingxiang （double） point, the patient taking supine position, the points after conventional disinfection, inject medicine for 0.1-0.5ml per hole. 1 time every week; 3 times for 1 course. The patients with concurrent asthma needed to plus （double）, and tiantu point for injecting 0.2-0.5ml triamcinolone acetonide injection. Result： After a course, 40 cases were cured, accounting for 33.9%; 78 patients were improved, accounting for 66.1%; The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： Point injection treatment of allergic rhinitis was satisfactory.
