偏头痛的中医内科治疗

Treating migraine in TCM internal medicine

目的:为了观察偏头痛用中医内科治疗。方法:选取本院2010年1月～10月收治的偏头疼患者42例,用中药治疗,结果显示经2～3个疗程的治疗后,本组42例患者中,控制19例,显效11例,有效7例,无效5例,总有效率为88.1%。对本组病例进行1年的追踪随访,未出现复发者。所以得出结论,中医内科疗法进行偏头疼的治疗效果更为理想、稳定,而且治疗费用也相对较低,深受广大医生和患者的欢迎。

Objective： To observe the treatment of migraine headaches with TCM. Method： Select 42 patients with migraine treating in the hospital form January to October 2010, to treat in TCM. The result was that 19 cases were controlled, effective for 7 cases, ineffective for 5 cases, the total effective rate is 88.1% after 2-3 courses, visiting for one year, do not find recurrence. So we get the conclusion, TCM treatment for migraine treatment is more ideal, stable, and relatively low cost of treatment, the majority of doctors and patients welcomed.
