摘要
采用新型防晕材料进行防晕结构优化试验,用防晕结构与多胶主绝缘一次热模压成型方法,确定了24kV、26 kV/1 000 MW定子线棒的最佳防晕结构及成型工艺。结果表明:常规性能、电老化及电热老化完全满足24 kV、26 kV水轮发电机1 000 MW定子线棒及绕组要求,防晕性能满足24 kV及26 kV电压等级水轮发电机定子线棒的要求。
A novel kind of anti-corona material was applied to carry out experiments of anti-coronastructure optimization in which anti-corona structure and resin-rich stator insulation were integrated to perform one-step hot die forging test and an optimum anti-corona structure and formingprocess for 24 kV and 26 kV/1 000 MW stator bars were determined.The result shows that thegeneral properties,electrical aging and electrical-heating aging can completely meet the requirements of the 1000MW stator bars and windings of 24 kV and 26 kV hydroelectric generators,and its anti-corona performance can satisfy the need of the stator bars.
