摘要
组织模块化创新思想在德鲁克管理思想中占有重要位置。仅就组织模块化创新的动因而言,层级组织与德鲁克意义上的市场中心是相抵触的,造就"小型联合舰队"的模块化创新势在必行;信息技术发展虽然在一定程度上缓解了组织成长带来的信息压力,但不能从根本上解决问题,它的重要意义在于为模块化创新提供技术前提;知识经济兴起为组织创新提供了主导资源,同时也要求组织结构与管理方式做出相应变革;各子模块间的网络价值协同标志着模块化组织的最终形成。
Modularity innovation ideas in Drucker's management thought occupies an important position. Hierarchical organization and Drucker's sense of the market center is incompatible, so innovation of organizational modularity of the "small combined fleet" is imperative; and information technical development alleviates the message pressure from organizational growth, but it can not solve the problem fundamentally, its significance lies in the provision of technical prerequisite for modularity innovation. As a leading resource of organizational innovation, the rise of knowledge-based economy requires organization structure and management models to make the appropriate changes. The network value collaboration among each sub-module marks the eventual formation of modular organization.
