企业/IT战略整合、企业/IT文化整合与绩效关系的实证研究

摘要 文章以山东省245家企业为调查对象,利用结构模型方程对企业/IT战略整合、企业/IT文化整合与绩效间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明,企业/IT战略整合对企业绩效有着直接的正向影响,企业/IT文化整合对企业绩效也有着直接的正向影响,但也通过企业/IT战略整合间接影响绩效,企业/IT战略整合是企业/IT文化整合与绩效之间的中介变量。 245 enterprises in Shandong were surveyed to research the relation among the integration of enterprises and IT strategy, enterprises and IT culture and performanee with the method of Structural Equation Model. The results： the integration of strategy and IT strategy had a positive direct effect on performance. The integration of culture and IT culture had a positive direct effect on enterprises. But it also had an indirect effect by way of the integration of strategy and IT strategy. The integration of strategy and IT strategy was a medium between them.
