基于LabVIEW的多通道温度测控系统设计

Design of Multichannel Temperature Data Acquisition and Control System Based on LabVIEW

提出一种多通道的温度测控系统设计方法,利用热电偶作为温度传感器,传感器经NI 9211输入模块信号调理后进入计算机分析显示。软件利用LabVIEW图形化开发环境,结合DAQmx和PID软件包,实现参数的灵活配置。实验验证了该方法的准确性和较高的执行效率。

The paper puts forward the design of a multichannel temperature data acquisition and control system by making use of the thermocouple as the temperature sensor,the signal modulated by NI 9211 4-channel thermocouple as the input module,and sending into the computer for analysis and display.Based on a graphic development environment of LabVIEW and its soft-ware package,all parameters can be configured flexibly.Experimental results validate the favorable performance of high ac-curacy and efficiency of the proposed method.
