The Influence of Voluntary Spirit to College Ideological and Political Education

当前,青年大学生已经成为社会志愿服务的主力军,形成以"奉献、友爱、互助、进步"为核心的志愿精神。高校应把握好志愿精神与青年大学生价值取向的契合点,发挥志愿精神对加强高校思想政治教育工作的积极作用,实现志愿精神的导向功能、激励功能、育人功能、凝聚功能,提高高校思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性。

At present,college students have been the mainstay of social voluntary service,taking ＂contribution,philanthropy,helping each other and progressing＂ as the core of the volunteer spirit.Colleges and universities should integrate the volunteer spirit with college students value orientation,exert fully the positive role of volunteer spirit to strengthen ideological and political education,realize the voluntary spirit of guiding,prompting,educating and condensing to improve the ideological and polit-ical education work pointedly.
