摘要
目的:探讨杜仲雄花茶对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将50只昆明小鼠随机分5组,分别为空白对照组、甘草酸二铵组、模型组、杜仲雄花高剂量组和杜仲雄花低剂量组,按标准给药饲养14 d后,腹腔注射体积分数为0.1%四氯化碳油溶液20 mL/kg,16 h后测各组小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)。结果:与模型组相比,杜仲雄花茶高剂量组小鼠的ALT,AST水平明显偏低。结论:杜仲雄花茶对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective:To study the protection effects of Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea on carbon tetrachloride induced liver injury in mice.Methods:50 mice were divided into 5 groups at random,the control group,diammonium glycyrrhizinate control group,the carbon tetrachloride model group,high dose group and low dose group,which were given medicines at the standard doses for 14d,namely intraperitoneal injection 0.1% diammonium glycyrrhizinate dissolved by greasy 20 mL/kg after the last administration.Alanin aminotransferase(ALT)and Aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in the serum were determined after 16 hours.Results: Serum ALT,AST of high dose group of Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea in mice stepped down in comparison with the carbon tetrachloride model group.Conclusion: Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea has the protection effects of Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea on carbon tetrachloride induced liver injury in mice.
