摘要 目的:研究血浆中CD63水平的变化在2型糖尿病中的临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞仪分别检测54名健康人(NC组),55例2型糖尿病患者(T2DM组)的血浆血小板活化标志物(CD63)水平。结果:2型糖尿病患者血小板因子CD63异常升高,NC组与T2DM组的血浆血小板活化标志物CD63水平相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:血小板因子CD63的检测可以作为2型糖尿病患者早期诊断和病情监测的一个临床指标。 Objective：To study the level of CD63 in plasma in patients with T2DM and its clinical significance.Methods：Level of CD63 in plasma was detected by flowcytometer in 55 patients with T2DM（T2DM group）and 54 healthy Subjects（NC group）.Results：Level of CD63 in plasma in T2DM group（13.53±0.66）was significantly higher than that in NC group（8.49±0.27）（P0.01）.Conclusion：Level of CD63 in plasma in patients with T2DM is significantly higher than that in normal control group.So the level of CD63 in plasma can be a clinical sign for T2DM patients to early discovery and condition monitor.
