碳关税对我国外贸出口的影响述评

The Effect of Carbon Tariff on China's Export

2009年,欧美国家提出碳关税迫使以中国为代表的新兴经济体自愿进行碳减排,从而碳关税对外贸出口的影响成为关注的焦点。本文从碳关税提出的背景出发,总结和归纳了我国外贸出口、外贸顺差、高碳产业和发达国家的进口对我国碳排放量的影响,分析了碳关税对我国企业成本、外贸出口、高碳产业和外贸环境的影响。

In 2009,European countries and the United States put forward carbon tariff to force developing countries represented by China to voluntarily reduce carbon emission.Thereby,the tariff＇s impact on export became the focus of attention.This paper summarizes the impact of the export trade,trade surplus,the high-carbon industries,and import from developed countries on carbon emission in our country.It also analyses the tariff＇s impact on export cost of our enterprises,the export trade,high-carbon industries and foreign trade environment with our country.
