云南少数民族聚居区生态环境变迁与保护——基于法律人类学的视角

The Eco-environmental Changes and Protection in the Minority Areas of Yunnan:A Perspective of Legal Anthropology

新中国建立以来,云南少数民族聚居区生态环境发生了很大变迁,这种变迁与我国生态法制建设进程及少数民族生态法文化演变历程有着极其紧密的关系。为保护和建设云南少数民族聚居区生态环境,从法律人类学的视角看,有必要进一步健全少数民族地区生态环境法制并切实加强宣传教育,认真发掘少数民族法文化中有益于生态环境保护的合理成分并加以创造性转换,加大对少数民族聚居区生态扶贫的力度并建立健全生态补偿机制。

Since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China,great changes have taken place in the eco-environment of the minority groups in Yunnan,which is closely related to the eco-legislation of China and the changes of eco-culture of the minority groups.In order to protect and improve the eco-environment of the minority groups in Yunnan,the paper proposes from the perspective of legal anthology that it is necessary to implement the eco-legislation in the minority areas and its popularization,to bring the positive elements of the environmental protection of the minority groups into full play,to strengthen the poverty-eradication measures and to establish some complementary eco-mechanism.
