摘要
用琼脂单项免疫扩散法测定家兔初乳免疫球蛋白和补体含量。结果表明，初乳中免疫球蛋白和补体Ｃ３的含量极显著高于常乳（Ｐ＜０．０１），补体Ｃ４的含量显著高于常乳（Ｐ＜０．０５）；初乳中免疫球蛋白和补体含量于产后２天达到高峰。
The concentrations of immunoglobulin and complement were determined in rabbit colostrum by IEP It was found that concentrations of IgA,IgG,IgM and C 3 in colostrum were significantly higher than those in common milk (P<0 01),and C 4 in colostrum was higher than common milk (P<0 05),the second day after delivery,the concentrations immunoglobulin and complement in bovine colostrum were at the top
