摘要
以病级为指标, 对 4 个杂交组合正反交 F1 进行了抗病性调查, 发现正反交 F1 之间无显著性差异, 表明纹枯病抗性遗传属于核遗传。同时调查 5 对杂交组合 F2 群体的纹枯病抗性, F2 植株比例都不符合质量性状的遗传特征。运用王建康和盖钧镒设计的主多基因混合遗传模型分离世代分析方法, 以及亲本、 F1 和 F2 方差分析方法, 分析 5 个杂交组合的纹枯病抗性遗传, 结果其至少受 10~13 对主基因和一些微效多基因的共同控制, 且遗传率在 3169% ~5709% 。
The inheritance of resistance to sharp eyespot in wheat was investigated.The result showed that no significant difference was found between F 1′s resistance in reciprocal cross by using t test,and the resistance was inherited through cell nucleus,without any effect from cytoplasm.Segregating ratios of plants in F 2 populations of five crosses indicated that the resistance was a quantitative not qualitative trait.By using single generation analysis based on major gene and ploygene mixed model provided by Wang and Gai(1997),and another method based on the variance of parents,F 1,F 2 to analyzed the data of five crosses,it could be concluded that there were at least 1 0 1 3 major genes with some polygenes controlling the inheritance of resistance,with broad heritability ranged from 31 69% to 59 09%.
