摘要
文章首先阐述了环境保护档案管理的发展现状和主要存在的问题,然后提出针对性的对策与措施,尤其是对如何科学、合理地开发利用环保档案信息资源,使环保档案的收集、管理、利用逐步走向信息化道路进行了思考和阐述。
In this paper, we first expound current situation and main shortcomings existed. Then we propose niche targeting countermeasures; especially how to scientifically and legitimately use and develop information resource of environmental protection files in order to informationize the collection, management and usage of environmental files.
